                               This C.C.Case No. 24/2019 alongwith I.A No. 9/2019 taken up today for order. Heard Ld. Counsel for the Complainant & perused the written version filed by OpNo.2 & 3. An order dt. 08/04/2019 passed in I.A No. 9/2019 complied by the Ops & settled the issues involved in this case in hand. The Ld. Counsel for the Complainant contended that, he has been contracting the Complainant on several occasions over telephone proceed further in this Case, but no instructions yet been received from the side of the Complainant & for which the Ld. Counsel filed one memo that it seems the Complainant does not want to proceed further with this case and he filed one memo to withdraw his power from this Case.

                             The petition alongwith memo filed by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant is allowed and the C.C.Case No. 24/2019 alowngwith I.A No. 9/2019 is hereby withdrawn and accordingly disposed off.
