Complainant and O.P no 1 and O.P no 3 nirml mahato present in forum O.P no 2 take no step complainant Bahadur mahato file an application in Written no own hand and stated that he has received the rupees twenty one thousand only for the form the O.P no 3 and he has no abjection if the case has been dismissed in full satisfaction of the complainant. O.P no 1 filed an application along with his vakalatnama of his learned counsel and prays for time for filing show cause but future the learned counsel of the O.P no 1 stated in blue ink that he got no objection of the complainant after receiving the said rupees twenty thousand from O.P no 3  Further it appears that after receiving the said rupees twenty thousand from the O.P no 3 nirmal mahato the case in the full satisfaction on O.P no 1 has no objection if the case is disposed.

Under such circumstances discoursed above the case is here by dismissed in full satisfaction of the complainant dated 23/02/2019 all are kept on record.
