12.10.2022                To-day the case is fixed for filing of written version by O.Ps. The complainant is present personally through his advocate and files one withdrawal petition with adhar of complainant for identification, on the ground that both the parties have been settled outside the Commission amicably. The complainant prayed before this Commission that she does not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    In view of present memo of withdrawal petition as the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
