Final Order / Judgement

                              Petitioner-DHR remains absent. Ld. Counsel for Op-JDR filed hazira alongwith a attested photocopy of payment voucher. The objection of Op-JDR dt. 28.12.2018 and the payment voucher reflects that a total amount of Rs. 49,122/- has been paid to the petitioner-DHR in compliance of the order in C.C.Case No. 43/2015. On perusal of case record it is seen that Petitioner-DHR is remaining absent since long and it appears that claim of the complaint is settled. Accordingly, the Execution proceeding is dropped.
