Complainant is present in person alongwith his Ld. Lawyer. He files a petition seeking permission to withdraw  this case and to return copy of documents with liberty to file the case afresh due to some formal defects. Perused the petition and the petition of complaint. Heard the submission of the complainant and his Ld. Lawyer. Considered. Prayer is allowed. Complainant is permitted to withdraw this case with liberty to file the case afresh if not barred by any provision of C.P.Act. 1986.
