In view of the letter from the Ld. President of the Forum at Bankura expressing his inability to hear the proceeding on personal ground request has been made for transfer of the proceeding to some other Forum.  Notices were given to both parties.  The Complainant has communicated by a letter addressed to the Registrar of this Commission that the Complainant has no objection if the matter is transferred from Bankura to Purulia District Consumer Forum.  The O.P. has been served with the notice but no communication has been made nor anybody appears to represent the O.P.  Therefore, the proceeding is directed to be transferred from Bankura to Forum at Purulia being the neighbouring Forum and the Forum at Purulia is directed to decide the matter in accordance with law after giving notice to the parties.  The record of the Forum received from Bankura be sent down to Purulia.
