The Adv. for Complainant/Dhr files hazira & present. The Adv. for the O.Ps/Jdrs is present and files a memo regarding deposit of compensation amount of Rs.2,50,000/- including interest in total Rs.5,19,027/- vide A/C payee cheque No.011504, dt.18.08.17 as per direction of this Forum. The Adv. for the Complainant/Dhr files a memo that he is ready to receive the same towards full & final satisfaction of his claim. In this connection, the Dhr has submitted one xerox copy of Voter card along with one money receipt of Rs.5,19,027/- with proper identification by the Advocate. So, handover the cheque to Complainant accordingly. The Adv. for Dhr further pray that he does not want to proceed this case further. So, in view of the above, the case is dropped & disposed of accordingly.
