Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the petitioner had deposited the amount as ordered by this Commission.  He seeks modification of the order dated                          18th December, 2007 whereby we had directed that “It would be open to the complainant to withdraw the said amount by furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of the Registrar”.  Learned counsel submitted that the aforesaid amount is a Provident Fund amount and, therefore, it should be released on personal bond and that, the interest amount due and payable by the Bank is still lying with the Bank.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the order dated                 18.12.2007 is modified to the extent that “It would be open to the complainant to withdraw the amount by executing Personal Bond with one Surety”.

          Miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
