Sh.Manjinder Singh Chahal, Advocate ld.counsel for the complainant appeared  today and stated that the parties have settled the dispute  with the Opposite Parties amicably and on the request of the ld.counsel for the complainant, the file put up today.  Ld.ounsel for the complainant also  made the following separate statement  before this District Consumer Commission.

“Stated that the complainant has amicably settled the dispute with the Opposite Parties and now I do not want to proceed further with this complaint and the complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

In view of the aforesaid statement of Sh.Manjinder Singh Chahal, Advocate ld.counsel for the complainant recorded today separately, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be supplied to  the parties free of costs and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room.
