Complainant is present by filing hazira through her Lawyer. Today is fixed for admission hearing of the case. Heard ld. Complt. in full on its admissibility. Perused the complaint petition & documents on record. Considered. It is evident from the case record that, the complt. purchased 2 (two) cash certificates being no A- 420536 dtd. 04/09/91 & no A-096399 dtd. 22/09/91 which was scheduled to be matured on 04//03/97 & 22/01/98 respectively.

According to the complt., she went to the concerned Bank for maturity payment and Bank did not pay the same. It is nowhere stated nor filed any evidence showing that on which date Complainant went to the Bank for payment.

 After a lapse of long 16 years complainant sent an Advocate’s letter to the concerned Bank on 17/12/2014 which should be not considered as cause of action.

 Therfore since the matter is time-barred, the case is not fit for being admitted.

                Hence it is ordered, that the case no- 09/2015 be and the same is dismissed being not admitted as time-barred.
