The Ld. Adv. for the OP No.1 submits that the complainant has already received the amount of Rs.30075/- on 29.05.18 but the complainant has suppressed the facts.

He prays for dismissal of the case with cost. It is now 01:45 p.m.

The complainant and the Ld. Adv. for the OP No.1 are present. Perused the document filed by the Ld. Adv. for the Op No.1. It appears from the document that the debited amount of Rs.30075/- on 15.07.18 has been refunded to the respective S/B A/c No. 0783010-213264 on 29.05.18.

The complainant submits that the fact of refund of the amount was not within her knowledge but she has checked the balance today and withdrawn Rs.30000/- today.

She submits that she has no grievances against the OPs. She prays for disposal of the case.

The Ld. Adv. for the OP No.1 prays for cost.

Considered the facts and circumstances of this case. The disputed amount of Rs.30075/- has already been credited to the account of the complainant and the complainant has no grievances against the OPs.

Hence, the complaint be dismissed against the OPs without cost.
