          R.P. No. 1377 of 2018 was decided by Order dated 08.09.2020 passed by Hon’ble Mr. Anup K. Thakur, Presiding Member.

This review application has been filed on 20.07.2021 by the petitioner firm against the said Order dated 08.09.2020 of this Commission.

The prescribed period of limitation to file for review is 30 days.

The review application is heavily time-barred, it has been filed without any application for condonation of delay, after the Hon’ble Presiding Member who passed the Order has demitted office.

We find no reason evident to condone the delay and consider the heavily time-barred review application or to re-open and re-examine the matter in review. 

          The review application is dismissed.
