The case is put up today on the strength of record call for petition filed by the Advocate for Complainant along with withdrawal petition. Copy seen to Advocate for O.P No.3 without any objection. Both the Advocates are present. As there was an amicable settlement between both the Parties outside the Forum, the Complainant does not want to proceed with this case further. Heard, the withdrawal petition filed by the Advocate for Complainant is allowed since the withdrawal is voluntary in nature. Hence, it is accepted and the case is disposed of being withdrawn. The case need not be posted on 20.01.20 as fixed earlier.
