The complainant, Debojyoti Roy is present and files hajira.  The case is taken up for admission hearing.  Heard submission of the complainant.  Perused the petition of complaint and its annexures viz., copies of receipt issued by Badkulla II G.P., Voter Identity Card & Aadhar Card.  We find that complainant is not a consumer of the OP UCO Bank, Badkulla Branch in terms of Section 2(d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Therefore, this petition of complaint deserves rejection. 

Hence, it is

Ordered,

            That the petition of complaint stands rejected and the case stands dismissed accordingly. 

            Let plain copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of cost forthwith.
