 We Find And hold that as vechile was stolen during the period it  was insured. The complainant is entitled to recieved the insured amountor Rs.5,00,000/- five lacs from the O.p insurance Com.With simple Interest at the rate of 9% per annum from 19.12.11Com. aws informed till the date or payment. Cost of Rs.5000/- is also imposed on the OP Insurance Com. Payment must be made within two months from the date of this order. This case is allowed
