ORDER

ORDER DATE-20/11/1996. The respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.32,444-72 to the complainant towards the loss sustained by him on account of the accident caused to his insured goods which further the respondent also directed to pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant.
