ORDER

The complainant files hazira. The O.P files a petition dated 06.07.2018 for accepting show cause filed by him is taken up for hearing and passing order treating the same as M.A 74/2018.

            Heard both sides.

            During hearing Ld. Advocate/Agent of the O.P submits that due to mis-entry in diary of his law clerk, he was unable to take step which may be condoned.

            We find that the cause shown is sufficient and accordingly prayer is liable to be allowed.

            Hence,

Ordered

that the petition dated 06.07.2018 praying for accepting show cause filed by him i.e. M.A No. 74/2018 is allowed. No cost.

Thus M.A is disposed of.
