ORDER

The record is put up at the instant of the O.P who files two cheques being No. 000002 dated 10.05.2018 amounting to Rs. 3 lakhs in favour of the complainant and another cheque being No. 000001 dated 10.05.2018 amounting to Rs 56390/- in favour of the complainant. Let be kept to the record.

The Complainant files a petition for permitting him to withdraw the said cheques. The Petition be treated as M.A No. 51/2018.

Heard both sides.

We find that in Compliance of the order dated 09/04/2018 of this Forum the O.P has filed those cheques in favour of the Complainant. Ld. Advocate of the Complainant submits that some portion of the dues of the Complainant is yet to be paid and the Complainant has been receiving said those cheques on protest.

However, we do not find any impediment to allow application.

            Hence,

                        Ordered,

that the petition dated 18/05/2018 filed by the Complainant for permitting him to  withdraw the said cheques being No. 000002 dated 10.05.2018 amounting to Rs. 3 lakhs and another cheque being No. 000001 dated 10.05.2018 amounting to Rs 56390/-  i.e. M.A No. 51/2018 is allowed on proper verification and receipt and keeping Xerox copies of the cheques.

Thus the M.A is disposed of accordingly.
