Complainant No.1 present in person. She represented her minor daughter, the complainant No. 2. Their counsel is also present. Opposite party No.2 is present in person. Complainant No.1 and her counsel endorsed on the complaint that the case may be dismissed as not pressed in view of compromised out side the Forum and to this effect memo is filed and the same is recorded. Hence this complaint is dismissed as not pressed in view of compromise out side the court. No costs.
