Misc Case No-24/2019

             The case record is put up today on the strength of advance petition filed by learned counsel for the complainant.

            The complainant’s counsel has filed another memo with prayer to withdraw and close the case on the grounds stated therein. The petition and the memo have been served on the counsel of the OP, who has seen without objection. Heard.

            The complainants' counsel has cleared mentioned and stated that the complainant does not want to proceed further in this case and wants to withdraw the case. Since both the counsels have no objection, the prayer of the complainant to withdraw the case is allowed. So the case is withdrawn and closed.

             Since this original C.C.No-75/2019 has been withdrawn, the Misc case  No.-24/2019 arising out of this case is nonest in the eyes of law. So the Misc case is also closed.
