                                    Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

02.08.2022:               Put up the case record. On perusal the complaint of the complainant along with documents it reveals that the complainant is having 3(three) nos. of vehicle bearing No. OD16F-8394, vehicle bearing NO.OD16F-8392 and vehicle bearing No.OD16F-8393 and files individually before this commission.  The vehicles are used for commercial purposes as such the complainant is not a consumer of the Opposite parties.

 

                                    Hence the present complaint of the complainant is not maintainable and dismiss with no liberty to raise the matter before this Commission again in future.

 

Order pronounced in the open court today the 2^nd day of Aug’2022 under my hand seal of this Commission.
