Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant and op side.

Complainant has not taken any steps. 

OP side has filed Hazira and also filed show cause which is duly verified. 

The ground stated in the show cause petition which is filed by OP are found satisfactory and so it is accepted.

As the complainant has neither taken any steps nor filed any show cause, this District Commission is of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. 

In the result, it is accordingly,

                                                            Ordered

That this complaint case being no.180/19 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this district commission.

No order is passed as to cost.
