08.09.2021:               Today the case is fixed for hearing. During the course of hearing advocate for the complainant files a memo petition on the ground that both the parties have amicably settled/ compromised the matter outside the Commission and do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    The memo petition filed by the complainant’s advocate is  allowed. The case is dropped and disposed of with no liberty to file afresh
