The case record is put up today. Learned counsel for both the parties jointly filed a memo that the dispute between the parties has amicably settled outside the Commission and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case and prayed  the case may kindly be dropped.

           In view of the above memo jointly filed by the parties, the case is dropped and closed.
