Complainant files a verified petition stating inter alia seeking permission to withdraw this case and has made prayer to dismiss this instant case as withdrawn.

Heard both sides.  Perused the petition and materials on record.  We do not find any impediment to allow this petition and dismiss this case for non-prosecution as withdrawn.

Accordingly, we like to dismiss this Complaint Case as withdrawn on the basis of petition filed by the Complainant this day.

Hence, it is

That the Complaint Case no.106 of 2015 be and same is hereby DISMISSED FOR NON-PROSECUTION AS WITHDRAWN ; BUT WITHOUT COST.
