The matter was passed over. Present revision petition came up for hearing for the first time on 19.4.2012. On that date, petitioner had sent an application for adjournment. Thereafter, on next date, i.e. 6.8.2012 petitioner appeared in person and sought time to argue the matter. His request was allowed. On 22.11.2012 again petitioner sought time for arguments. Again the request was allowed. On 12.3.2013 none appeared for the petitioner. However, petitioner sent brief written arguments by post stating that he wants to file some documents. He was permitted to file such documents within two weeks, though documents have not been filed till date. Since, nobody is appearing on behalf of petitioner since morning and petitioner has been seeking adjournments on one ground or other, the petition stands dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution.
