Today, none has appeared on behalf of either of the parties inspite of several calls.

A perusal of the order-sheet has shown that none is appearing on behalf of the appellant before this Commission since a long time and the respondents have not also turned up before this Commission inspite of sufficient service.

In such circumstances, the Commission has no other option except to dismiss the appeal in absence of the parties.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in absence of the parties.  No order as to costs.

File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
