Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant as to why this case shall not be dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District commission. Complainant is absent without any step. The complainant even did not file show-cause.

Though the case is in the stage of ex-parte hearing of argument as last chance and the complainant was directed to show-cause as he did not attend on several dates fixed for the hearing of argument; we cannot keep silent seeing that the order of this commission has not been complied with by the complainant. Thus, it is clear that the complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case any further.

Hence, we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case of the complainant for non-compliance of the order of this commission.

 that the Complaint case no.210/2018 is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this commission. No order is passed as to cost.
