The complainant’s Advocate is present. The Advocate for OP files a compromise petition along with a copy of letter of the complainant addressed to the OP in which he stated that, he has received money through cheque and has no complaint against the OP Bank. The compromise petition is served on the Advocate of complainant who corroborated the contents of the complainant. Since the complainant does not want to proceed against the OPs the case is dropped and dismissed accordingly.
