Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that learned State Commission has committed error in upholding the order of District Forum by which complaint filed by the complainant was dismissed. Complainant filed complaint before the District Forum and submitted that OP-respondent has not credited Rs.64,034/- on account of interest payable to the petitioner-complainant against the FDRs. OP filed reply and submitted that this amount was deducted as TDS. Learned District Forum dismissed the complaint along with cost and learned State Commission while upholding the order of the District Forum set aside the cost imposed by the District Forum. We do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the State Commission as TDS has rightly been deducted by the OP from the interest accrued to the complainant against FDRs. Consequently, the petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed at admission stage with no order as to costs.
