Today is fixed for hearing of the petition filed by the parties.

Both the petition is taken up for hearing.

Complainant stated in her petition that she willing to withdrawal the case as the claim of the complaint has been settled out of court and the OP state that the case may be dropped as they matter has been fully and finally settled among the parties.

Hence   it is ordered,

that the case is hereby disposed of being fully and finally settled among the parties to the exeunt of the claim made in the instant case by the complainant.
