Shri S.L.Behera, President: - The case is fixed for hearing today. Advocate for the complainant so also the O.P are present and files  individual petitions along with a memo of withdrawal of case by the complainant as because both the parties are  amicably settled the matter outside the court premises and the complainant  do not want to proceed with the case any further.   Heard from both the sides and allowed the petitions filed by the parties.

In view of the present compromise petition, the present case is dropped as withdrawn.
