The case was posted on dtd.27.3.2023 but being identified on the eve of 1^st National Lok Adalat put up today. The parities submitted a joint memo before the Commission in the 1st National Lok Adalat. The O.P.No.1 is willing to pay Rs.25,000/- for full and final  settlement and the complainant is agreed on that terms and condition and will not have any further claim  against the O.P.  In the joint memo submitted by the parties there exist sign and seal of O.P. and signature of the complainant being identified by his advocate. Therefore the case is dismissed on compromise .Resultantly the case is disposed of in the open court on the 1^st National lok Adalat. Free copy be served to the parities, if applied for.
