The case is put up today for settlement on  1^st National Lok Adalat  .Parties submitted joint memo of settlement where the O.P. has paid Rs.2,000/- and the complainant received it as full and final  satisfaction over the matter. In the memo both the parties signed, the O.P put his signature with seal, whereas the complainant signed and he is identified by the adv. of O.P that the complainant has signed before him with full satisfaction and the case is disposed of on compromise. Since the matter is settled down between the parties.
