The case record is put up to-day. Complainants are present .Personally and jointly files a petition to advance case record on the ground stated therein. Heard, the same is allowed in the best interest of parties. Copy of the advance petition along with memo dtd.21.9.2022 are being served to the counsel for the O.Ps, to which O.Ps have no objection. Complainants are admitted before the Commission that they do not want to proceed in this case since the dispute is amicably settled outside the court and after understanding contents of the memo have signed on it. In view of the said facts, the case is dismissed on compromise without cost. The complainants are also file Adhar card for their proper identification.
