Complainant files requisite upon OP.

Issue summon/notice accordingly.

B.C. to do the needful.

            One application for ad-interim order had been filed by the complainant dated 10/06/2024. The same has been registered as M.A. Case being No. 71/2024. Record is now taken up for hearing.

            Perused the petition. Considered. From the content of the petition it appears that the complainant prayed before us to pass an order directing the OP Bank to submit CCTV footage from 22/12/2023 to 14/01/2024 of the OP Bank and ATM Counter in respect of transaction of SB Account being No. 00000033497713318 line in the name of Biswajit Mondal (since deceased).

            In the instant case, this Commission is of view that if the prayer for ad-interim order as made by the complainant would be allowed by this Commission that cannot change the nature and character of this case because it is formal in nature.

Hence, the ad-interim order being M.A. Case being No. 71/2024 is considered and allowed without contest and without any cost. The OP/SBI, Ahamadpur Branch is directed to produce the CCTV footage from 22/12/2023 to 14/01/2024 of the OP Bank and ATM Counter in respect of transaction of SB Account being No. 00000033497713318 line in the name of Biswajit Mondal (since deceased) before this Commission.

Thus the M.A. Case being No. 71/2024 is disposed of.

            Fix. 02/08/2024 for S/R, appearance and W/V along with CCTV footage from/by the OP side.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
