Complainant along with authorized representative of the O.ps filed their Joint petition containing therein that matter has been amicably settled at Rs.21,000/- and the complainant is ready to accept the  said amount towards , full and final settlement of his claim. Said joint petition filed by both the parties is taken into record.

Heard, it is seen that complainant volunteers to settle the dispute without any influence from any corners and it is found lawful .Hence accepted. Accordingly, complaint is disposed of .O.P is directed to pay the said settled amount of Rs.21,000/- to the complainant within one month of receipt of this order and further directed to submit the report of compliance extract of this order be supplied to the parties for their reference.
