                   File put up today on an application moved by learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the opposite party suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with complainant for full and final amount of Rs. 42,800/- (Rupees Fourty two thousand eight hundred only) and Opposite party will make the payment of settled amount within a period of 45 days from the date of order failing which the opposite party will be liable to make the payment of settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% PA from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard the statement, made by counsel for opposite party and he has no grievances against respondent. He further stated that the matter be decided in the light of statement made by counsel for opposite party.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsels for both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in “Grahak Madhyasthata Samadhan” with direction to opposite party to make the payment of alleged amount of Rs. 42,800/- (Rupees Fourty two thousand eight hundred only) to the complainant within 45 days failing which the opposite party shall be liable to make the payment of above settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% PA from today i.e. 29.11.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
