ORDER

The case is placed before this LokAdalat held on 12/11/2022 at D.C.D.R.C, Birbhum at 10:30 am.

Both the parties are present along with the conducting Ld. Advocate.

The matter has been settled and between the parties at LokAdalat.

Both the parties are agreed to settled the matter to pay sum of Rs. 23,665/-(Twenty three thousand six hundred sixty five only) along with Rs. 5,935/- (Five thousand nine hundred thirty five only) more on submission of the concern X-Ray report as wanted by the Insurance Company.

The OP Insurance Company is here by directed to pay a sum of Rs. 23,665/-(Twenty three thousand six hundred sixty five only) to the complainant within 30 days from this date of order and the OP Insurance Company further directed to pay Rs. 5,935/- (Five thousand nine hundred thirty five only) more if the complainant could be able to submit the X-Ray report as wanted by the OP Insurance Company.

Let the matter is disposed of.

            Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
