This review petition is pending since the year 2011. The petitioners instead of appear pursuant to the notice have addressed a letter to the Under Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, Krishi Bhavan with copy to the Assistant Registrar, NCDRC requesting for providing them Amicus. Reason for seeking Amicus is that the petitioners are under financial constraint and they are not in a position to engage a lawyer to argue their genuine case. The petitioners have not disclosed their occupation as well as the monthly income. In absence of the aforesaid details regarding their financial condition, it cannot be said that they are not in a position to pay the lawyer fee. Therefore, taking note of the fact that the review petition is pending for the last about two years, we proceed to peruse the impugned order as also the record. On perusal of the record as well as the impugned order, we do not find any infirmity or error in the impugned order, which may call for review. The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
