Attendance on behalf of complainant has been filed. Heard learned lawyer for the complainant  on the point of admission and perused the record.

            The, brief, facts of the  case is that the complainant  Ramshankar Ray got loan of Rs. 2,70,000/- from Sri Ram transport finance Company Ltd. (Muzaffarpur) branch  for got repairing of his Mahindra 475  DI tractor  bearing Registration No-BR55-8157. The further case is  that the loan amount was to be paid for Rs. 3,63,267 ,83,919/- including interest Rs. 73919/ -in 29 installments  till 05-08-2018 but before that the complainant  paid all the dues loan amount and excuss  Rs. 10,024/- but B.M. didn’t furnished’ No dues certificate and  asked that  there is dues of Rs. 48,565.84/- of the company.

            On perusal of entire material available  on record, we find that this  is a matter of accounting  which is of civil nature and complainant  has to prefer  the civil court for adjudication. In the circumstances this complaint petition is dismissed at admission stage itself with direction  to file the case before proper Forum/Court
