Attendance on behalf of complainant has been filed. Heard learned lawyer for the complainant  on the point of admission and perused the record.

            The brief fact  case is that the complainant  Ramshankar Ray got loan of Rs. 2,10,000/- from Sri Ram transport finance Company Ltd. (Muzaffarpur) branch  for got bearing of bearing of vehicle of is DI tractor  bearing Registration No-BR55-5318. The further case is the loan was to be paid Rs. 2,83,919/- including interest Rs. 73919/ -in 29 installment  till 05-08-2018 but before that the complainant  paid all the dues loan amount  excess  Rs. 10,024/- but B.M. didn’t furnished no dues certificate and  asked that the  there is dues of Rs. 48,960.79/- of the company but him.

            On perusal of entire material available  on record we find that this  is matter of amounting which is  civil nature and complainant  has to preferr  the civil court for adjudication. In the circumstances this complaint petition is dismissed at admission stage itself its with direction  to file the case before proper Forum/Court
