Today the case is fixed for hearing. Both the  parties are present on earlier date and filed put up petition on the ground of amicably settled in between the parties.Today both the parties are present personally and prayed for with drowal the complainant petition as they have amicably settled outside the court premisses and has recived Rs.4,10,000/- only as settlement amount from the O.p. along with filed relevent documents in support of their case .The complaiant do not want to proceed with the case any further.

In view of the present compromise petition,the present case is dropped as withdrown.

Accordingly the case is disposed of.
