30.08.2022                The case record is put up on the strength of put up petition filed by the complainant as it is fixed for filing of written version on 27.09.2022. The complainant and advocate for the O.Ps. are present and files a petitions on the ground that both parties have been settled outside the Commission amicably and   prayed that the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    In view of withdrawal petition as the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present case is dropped as withdrawn.
