JUDGEMENT & ORDER

Both the complainant and respondent present. Heard Tarkeswar Singh, complainant. He submitted that an amount of Rs. 5,000/- was found short while withdrawing money through ATM of the State Bank of India, Pasighat.  However, the matter has been negotiated with the Branch Manager, SBI Pasighat who agreed to pay the amount Rs. 5,000/- that he got short of while withdrawing from ATM.

Heard Mr. Alak Das, Chief Manager , SBI Pasighat who agreed before the court to pay Rs. 5,000/- to the complainant Shri Turkeswar Singh, Pasighat within 30 days. 

The Forum accepted negotiation of the parties and disposed of the case by directing Branch Manager, State Bank of India (SBI), Pasighat to pay Rs. 5,000/- to the complainant on or before 5.11.2013.
