The petition dated 25.05.2018 filed by the O.P SBI for reconsideration of order passed on 11.05.2018 by this Forum is taken up for hearing treating the same as M.A 56/2018.

            Heard both sides. Objection is raised by Ld. Advocate/Agent of the complainant.

            It appears that on 11.05.2018 due to non-filing of questionnaires by the O.P/Bank, right to filing of questionnaires was seized as penal measure.

            Now filing questionnaires the O.P/Bank prayed for reconsideration of the impugned order dated 11.05.2018, we do not find any impediment to allow the prayer.

            Hence,

Ordered

that the petition dated 25.05.2018 filed by the O.P SBI for reconsideration of order passed on 11.05.2018 by this Forum i.e. M.A No. 56/2018 is allowed on contest with cost of Rs.500/- payable by the O.P/Bank to the complainant.

Thus M.A is disposed of.
