This consumer complaint has been filed by complainant U/S12 of the consumer protection act, 1986 for alleged deficiency of service by deducting excessive locker rent i.e. Rs 2950/- on 13.04.2018 from complainants saving account no- 11048505608. It is alleged that despite the fact that there was no outstanding dues of locker rent against the complainant the O.P deducted the offer said amount illegally and arbitrarily.
Today a joint compromise petition has been filed stating that matter has been settled outside the court and in the light of development complainant, do not want to proceed with this case hence prayed to drop further proceeding by accepting joint compromise petition.
Having been considered the submission of the parties as well as the joint compromise petition the further proceeding of this case is dropped and hence, case is dismissed.
