Both the parties are absent on call. Fresh notice issued to O.P 1, 2 & 5 are returned back without service. Complainant is absent on call though fresh notice has been served properly as per track consignment report vide No.RO074206466IN . Track consignment report is taken in to the record .Order dt.25.04.2022 has been properly complied and given opportunity to the complainant for further proceeding in this case . However, the complainant is not turned up to proceed further more in this case. As such we do not think proper to proceed any more and drop for non prosecution of this case .
