No step taken by either side. Record was put up before forum. Perused the record. From perusual it appears that this execution case filed on  2 November 2010. It further appears that on 28 February 2013 judgement debtor appeared and filed a copy of judgement passed in in first appeal number 73 of 2011 and submitted that the direction of state Commission given in the first appeal has been complied with. It further appears since  the next date of this order that is 15 March 2013 neither complainant nor judgement debtor appeared and the case is lying pending for further step. It is evident that execution of the appellant court order has been complied. There remains nothing for further proceedings moreover the degree holder is not taking any step for the last four years.

Hence in view of the facts above this execution proceeding is disposed of
