The Complainant is present. The Opp.party is also present. It is submitted by the Opp.party that the account of the Complainant is belong to Baliguda office and he never approached to get the maturity amount.

             Inview of the above statement of the Opp.party the Complainant is directed to approach the Sahara India office of Baliguda to get the meturity amount of his account bearing No-66624000257 dated 13.05.2011 which was matured on 13.05.2016.

             With the above direction the complaint filed by the complainant is closed today.

             Supply free copy of the final order to both the parties.
